At Clínica Nappa Severino we are committed to protecting the privacy of our patients and website visitors. We collect personal information only when it is necessary to provide our services: orthodontics with braces, clear aligners and hybrid orthodontics, functional orthopedics, teeth whitening and dental cleanings.

This information includes contact details, information about dental health and other data needed to provide our services. We do not share this information with third parties, except when necessary to provide our services or to comply with the law. All personal information is stored securely and used only for the purpose for which it was collected.

How you contact us. This site has no forms or user accounts. You can reach us via WhatsApp, phone or email: the buttons on the site open WhatsApp (with a suggested message you can edit before sending), your phone app or your email client. Any data you send us through these channels (such as your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us) is used only to reply to you, arrange your appointment and provide care. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies and third-party services. This site does not set its own cookies. Clicks on WhatsApp and phone links are measured as Google Ads conversions; that tag may store a cookie and receive technical data (such as IP address and the page of the click) under Google's privacy policy. There is no contact form. The Google reviews we display are fetched by our server, so your browser does not connect to Google to show them. The contact page includes a Google Maps map: when it loads, Google may receive technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) under its own privacy policy. As with any website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data about visits (IP address, browser and pages requested) to operate and protect the service.
